How Clovis, California Real Estate Agents Can Create a Successful Digital Marketing Plan For Consistent Leads
Clovis Realtor? This Simple Checklist and 5 Steps Will Help You Craft a Marketing Plan for Dream Leads
Today, you will learn exactly how to start transforming your lead generation process by doing one powerful thing for your real estate business.
Commit to creating a personal brand. This means you are the face of your business.
If you are an introvert, using digital marketing to get leads, may feel like a huge hurdle. I promise you that deciding to do this is the hardest part! You need a proven digital marketing roadmap that works for solo-business owners.
We know how to make you look like an extrovert with a servant’s heart.
My husband and I moved to Clovis, California six years ago and continued branding women-owned small businesses internationally, from my home-based design studio while homeschooling my three kids…before Covid made it “a thing”.
I am a solopreneur and a work-from-anywhere mom, which means that I understand the struggles of having to generate your own stream of leads without an online business marketing guidebook. So, I created one.
I feel a connection to women real estate agents because we share the same struggles and desire to put client attraction on auto-pilot.
Clovis is a great place to raise a family, but I saw a gap in the branding and brand photography market here. It is also growing rapidly and real estate agents here could grow even better!
We are different because we use brand photography to create strong, online personal brands that put selling on auto-pilot.
The following checklist and 7-step guide allow you to understand your goals, target audience, and why you need a digital marketing plan built around your strategic brand photography session. By the end of this post, you will feel relief knowing that you have a roadmap in your hands…for FREE!

4. CONTENT CREATOR & SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING PLAN
Once you have your pretty-as-a-picture, personal brand photography, it is time to update your website (or create a landing page) with these beauties.
Next, create content for your online communications. My favorite tool to create any type of online content is Canva. You can create a brand kit and you can upload all of your new photos! A brand kit is a place in Canva that stores your fonts for headlines, subheadings, and paragraph copy, along with brand colors. This prevents you from having to recreate the wheel every time you create content for your social media marketing plan.
*Another TOP TIP: Hire a virtual assistant that specializes in content creation and social media marketing so that you can get back to doing what you love…getting people the homes of their dreams! Need a recommendation? Let me know in the comments below or email me at hello@brandphotographyclovisca.com and I will send a few of my favorites your way!
5. SCHEDULE YOUR CONTENT AHEAD TO PREVENT BURNOUT & INCONSISTENCY
This is something that I don’t hear talked about that much.
SCHEDULING YOUR CONTENT will grow your following and reach for better lead generation because it will keep you consistent.
The trick is not to schedule your brand images and social media marketing posts without a strategic, list-building plan. Otherwise, it isn’t worth your time and money. That is why it is so important to lean on online business professionals like us that understand what to do when. We just happen to carry cameras around AFTER we help you develop your personal brand!

The 5 Must-Have Personal Brand-Building Steps
After you collect the data above, you will feel better about knowing your next steps, right?
In the order that you should do them, these are:
GOAL SETTING NUMBERS
Set your business goals for each month. How many clients can you serve per month? How much would you like to make per month? How much can you set aside for your marketing budget? (Top Tip: Don’t skip this one!)
CHOOSE ONLINE PLATFORMS TO INCREASE GROWTH
Identify what online platform you need to start with. Social Media Marketing? What platform do you love using the most? Use that one and only that one for the first 3 months. Don’t like it? Then you can switch.
Doing this will help prevent you from hating it and starting on a new platform increases the chances that you will give up faster.
Do you have a website? If not, all you need is a simple landing page (a one-page website). This page gives a quick overview of your strengths, mission, and how you can help now, with a simple checklist or digital download that requires your prospective client to put in their email address. This will grow your email list. YOU OWN THIS. This is your lifeline to connection and sales! If you don’t have one, click here to get a FREE set-up call. I’m happy to help!
My favorite website platform is Squarespace.
3. BRAND PHOTOGRAPHER
Hire a Brand Photographer that understands the digital marketing and design needs of a strong online business presence.
You don’t just need headshots and the regular blazer-wearing realtor photos.
You need brand photography that fits the adjectives that you listed to describe your personal brand.
Your unique aesthetic is needed in your photos so the right connections are made! You will be so excited to see the essence of your real estate brand come to life. Your excitement and planning will be felt in your photos. That is gold!
You will wish you did this brand photoshoot sooner!
