1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing and enrolling in "From Setup to Sales" ("the Course") offered by Female Entrepreneurs Marketing Success, created by Jean Coelho of Nouvelle Brand Photography, you ("Participant") agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, which form a legally binding agreement under California law.

2. Course Access and Ownership

• Upon purchase, Participant will receive access to the Course materials via the Samcart link provided.

• All Course materials, including but not limited to videos, downloadable PDFs, tutorials, and written content, are the intellectual property of Jean Coelho and Nouvelle Brand Photography. They are provided solely for Participant’s personal use and may not be reproduced, shared, distributed, or otherwise utilized for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.

3. Payments and Refunds

• All payments for the Course are final and non-refundable.

• The Course may offer different pricing tiers or payment plans, and all payments are processed securely via Samcart.

• In the event of payment failure, Participant will lose access to Course materials until full payment is received.

4. Course Completion and Certification

The Course does not guarantee certification, licensing, or formal qualification but is designed to provide tools and strategies that Participant can use in their business. Course completion is self-paced, and any deadlines are optional unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials in this Course are protected under intellectual property laws. Participant agrees not to share login information or redistribute any part of the Course to third parties, including through screenshots, file sharing, or any other unauthorized distribution.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• The Course is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Female Entrepreneurs Marketing Success, Jean Coelho, and Nouvelle Brand Photography are not liable for any business decisions made based on the information provided in the Course.

• While we aim to provide accurate and actionable information, we make no guarantees regarding business results or earnings that may occur as a result of participation.

• Participant agrees to indemnify Female Entrepreneurs Marketing Success and Jean Coelho from any claims arising from Course participation.

7. Technical Requirements and Accessibility

Participant is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology to access Course materials, including but not limited to a computer, internet access, and compatible software.

8. Termination of Access

In the event of breach of these Terms and Conditions, Female Entrepreneurs Marketing Success reserves the right to terminate Participant’s access to the Course without a refund.

9. Modifications to the Course or Terms

Female Entrepreneurs Marketing Success reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Course or these Terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
